• What do I need to do before you arrive?

  There is no need to vacuum or spot clean prior to our arrival.  Please remove all lamps, decorative items, and any clutter from the floor.

• Do you move furniture?

  We will move and clean under large furniture such as couches and tables.  We will move any furniture that can be done so safely.  There are items that we will not move, including: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, large sectionals, etc.

• How long will it take to dry?

  Drying time can vary.  It generally takes 24 hours to dry.  Sealant on grout takes 2-3 hours.  There are several factors that can affect drying time, including: soil level, length and thickness of carpet, and the weather.  We do our best to ensure the quickest drying time possible, taking extra steps to leave your carpets as dry as we can.  If you have any concerns, please contact us.

• Can you clean any type of upholstery?

  Using hot water extraction method, we specialize in cleaning synthetic fabrics.  We are unable to clean natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk and leather.  Wool, however, is no problem.  If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us.

• How often should I clean my carpet/upholstery?

  A cleaning once a year, depending on your lifestyle (kids, pets, age of carpet) is a good maintenance plan. Regular cleaning will extend the life of your carpet, upholstery and tile.
